The ARI-Industrial Products Group specializes in custom roll formed metal shapes and can provide roll formed parts at affordable prices. The high-speed continuous nature of roll forming is especially beneficial for large volumes and aids in the reduction of manufacturing costs.

Roll Forming takes a strip of metal, usually in the form of a coil and is continuously passed through a series of roller dies and progressively formed to the desired shape. In most cases, roll forming eliminates multiple stage production, sub-assembly and finishing operations. Roll formed material generally has a structural strength advantage over other types of processing. Most shapes can be produced with thinner walls than in other processes.

Typical advantages of roll forming include:

High Speed and Volume Process

Complex Part Design

Assortment of Metals
can be Formed

Countless Shapes
are Possible

Adherence to
Close Tolerances

Roll formed shapes can be cost-effectively produced from a variety of stock materials, coated or uncoated eliminating the need for secondary finishing operations. Uniformity of Roll Formed shapes guarantees accurate fits and simplifies assembly and minimizes rejected parts.

The ARI-Industrial Products Group roll forming facility is housed in a 24,000 square foot building. Large raw material coils, up to 25 tons, can be handled with overhead cranes. Automatic coil feeding capabilities range from .100 to .500 thickness and from 6" to 42" in width. Additional forming equipment includes Leveler & Coil Joiner, Rafted Tooling, Roll Mill and a 300 ton Flying Cut Off Press.
